Founded in 2024 by political science student, Will Wigginton, The Global Politics Journal (GPJ), is intended to be a haven for those in search of factual information regarding global events. As misinformation and disinformation rise, we as a people on Earth must strive to create an educated populace.
Will Wigginton is a political science student at the University of Louisville. He graduated with a B.S. from UofL in March of 2023. He is currently in the process of obtaining his M.A. from the University of Louisville in political science. Following that, he is slated to go back to the University of Louisville to obtain an MSBA from the University's College of Business.
Will currently works for the World Affairs Council of Kentucky & Southern Indiana, serving as its Sister Cities and Program Coordinator. Prior to that, he worked as a graduate research assistant for the University of Louisville's Center for Asian Democracy. Furthermore, he served as a student scholar for the Louisville Committee on Foreign Relations during the 2023-24 academic year. During that period, he also was awarded with the Paul J. Weber Scholarship in honor of Dr. Weber.
